Office building Guimarstraat 9
Project description
After a competition phase in March 2014, SVR-ARCHITECTS was selected by Befimmo to thoroughly renovate its existing office building at Rue Guimard 9. The result is a contemporary, passive office building seeking BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification. It is a special building with a striking façade – a calling card for the client.
