Project description
The headquarters of the company Aertssen actually house four different sub-companies: contracting, cranes, transport and services. The design entails a building volume consisting of two interleaved parts. The portion housing offices and the caretaker’s residence was carried out with dark brick, while the portion containing storage space and workshops was done in light-colored aluminum sandwich panels. The offices and changing rooms for the workshops were conceived around a courtyard so that all rooms enjoy light and visibility.
