Offices, car park Keizerinlaan, offices Ravensteinstraat
Project description
In central Brussels, between the National Bank and Central Station, the studio renovated two buildings from the 1950s. Both buildings were completely outdated and no longer met current requirements in terms of working comfort, performance and safety.
The insurer Generali, client and owner, chose to reuse the buildings as new office space. Because the original construction used durable materials, the architects opted for renovation. Both buildings were dismantled down to the skeleton and then completely rebuilt.
