Research building Capture
Project description
In close collaboration with Exilab and Fraeye & Partners, SVR-ARCHITECTS is designing a new research building on the island of Zwijnaarde along the bank of the side arm of the Scheldt. The laboratory will be the first realization of a completely new business park, focused on knowledge activity, which must be given a park-like character and which will be expanded on top of the covered dredging spoil that was built in the past on “Eilandje” in Ghent.
