Leuven Chem & Tech, lab for Industrial Chemistry (KUL)
Project description
The Chem & Tech laboratory is one of two brand-new interdisciplinary research buildings at Leuven University.
This completely modular laboratory accommodates researchers and engineers under one roof for the first time. The entire knowledge chain, from molecule to production, from fundamental to applied research, is housed in this building in a safe and sustainable environment.
SVR-ARCHITECTS won the public design competition for this groundbreaking research building on Celestijnenlaan in Heverlee in 2009.
