Project description
The Rega Institute, founded in 1954, is an interdisciplinary research institute active in microbiology, immunology, medicinal chemistry and pharmaceutical sciences. It constitutes one of the University of Leuven’s R&D crown jewels. In 2011 SVR-ARCHITECTS won the public design competition for new accommodation for this prestigious institute on the Gasthuisberg site in Leuven.
