Expansion child psychiatry Jette
Project description
In 2002 a substantial shortage of care and treatment services for children with mental health problems and psychiatric disorders was observed. In 2003 plans began to be drafted with a view to expanding the paediatric department of the University Hospital in Jette.
The expansion provides fifteen residential and five day-hospital beds for children. In order to provide adequate facilities for the young patients, the building is split up into separate units.
