Project developer ViRiX nv from Kontich is starting the next phase of the huge Dijle Delta project at the Vaartkom in Leuven. This project includes the redevelopment of a number of vacant buildings of the former Artois brewery, now AB InBev. Agreements have now also been made with the city of Leuven on the construction of the Sluispark. The works will start in early 2015.
