It has been empty for 25 years, but now the Joseph Lemaire sanatorium in Overijse is being restored. The modernist building was erected in 1937 by order of the socialist insurance company La Prévoyance Sociale, and was named after the then director. The sanatorium is 12 500 cubic meters in size and has countless remarkable details.
